The 2010 Jaguar XKR 5.0L model only needed slight modification due to its modelling on the Arden AJ20 Coupe design introduced at the International Automobile Fair (IAA.)in 2005. This, alongside the various well known 9×21” sportline alloy wheels, the new 5.0L possesses a redesigned chassis, which was developed in collaboration with Bilstein and improves the driving dynamics and agility of the wild cat. The special high performance stainless steel exhaust system with sport catalytics guarantees not only increases performance and improves handling at low speeds, but also has an out-of-this world sound. The four pipe system is rounded-off with the well known AJ20 Wild Cat Heck plus diffuser.

The front of the newest XKR is aesthetically improved through a specially hand-worked and chrome-plated stainless steel grill. These, along with the Arden badge with patented security fixing let the sportsman shine with a new glory.

For those who aren’t satisfied by 510bhp and a 250km/h top speed, we offer not only a performance increase of roughly 30bhp and 50Nm but also the accompanying V-Max suspension and a speedometer increased to 320km/h.

Adding sporty emphasis to the elegant lines of the two-door with subtle components was a challenge the STARTECH styling team mastered with great success. The team developed spoiler flaps that attach to both sides of the production front apron. They upgrade the car’s appearance and reduce lift on the front axle.

All STARTECH aerodynamic-enhancement components are made from carbon fiber. To make these components not only ultra-light but also extremely strong STARTECH uses the same ‘Prepreg’ production process in an autoclave used in motor racing and aerospace engineering.

The face of the Jaguar is further upgraded with daytime running lights. Using precise-fit design elements these lights are beautifully integrated into the stylized air vents on both sides of the bumper.

The STARTECH carbon-fiber rear molding serves as the perfect backdrop for the two tailpipes of the exhaust system and gives the rear of the Jaguar even more character.

The exclusive STARTECH looks are further characterized by STARTECH forged wheels custom-tailored for the XK models. The three-piece Monostar J Diamond Edition wheels intersperse polished surfaces with brushed-look sections and are miles apart from the rest. The same is true for the wheel sizes, which were selected specifically for the sportiest Jaguar model. The front wheel houses are filled to the max by size 9Jx21 wheels with tires in size 255/30 ZR 21. In the rear tires in size 295/25 ZR 21 mounted on size 10.5Jx21 wheels strive to provide maximum traction.

STARTECH sport springs are specially calibrated to these tire/wheel combinations. They lower the ride height of both body styles by some 40 millimeters (1.6 inches).

Exclusive interiors are a particular STARTECH specialty. The interior designers transformed trends from exclusive high-end living into the XK without overpowering the sports car’s British character.

The company upholstery shop has created a fully leather interior made from the finest, especially soft brandy-colored leather. A new combination of contrasting cords and double seams using an especially thick thread creates an entirely new and yet very English ambiance in the cockpit.

An aggressive take on the highly anticipated all-new 2010 Jaguar XJ, the all-new 2010 Jaguar XJL Supercharged Neiman Marcus Edition, comes in an exclusive Celestial Black metallic paint exterior and a custom butter-soft navy and ivory leather interior with Zebrano matte wood accents. The Neiman Marcus Edition XJL also has 20″ double-10 spoke polished alloy wheels, illuminated tread plates and trunk finisher as well as the nameplate on the custom interior Intaglio that reads: “Neiman Marcus 1 of 50.” The Neiman Marcus XJL Supercharged is powered by a new third-generation 5-liter V-8 engine with an Eaton supercharger that delivers 470 horsepower and also features the Jaguar Sequential Shift™ six-speed ZF automatic transmission that adapts to its driver, with wheel-mounted shift paddles for sport, standard, and winter mode driving.

The all-new 2010 Jaguar XJ was revealed to critical acclaim this past July, and features a new frame that is pressure cast from aluminum and magnesium to give the XJL a strong, light architecture that improves fuel efficiency, structural rigidity and performance. A panoramic glass roof enables the car to have a lower, more streamlined roofline, while dramatically enhancing the feeling of light and space inside. The vehicle’s LED light clusters wrap stylishly over the rear wings, and feature three dramatic red vertical stripes while the elongated teardrop shape of the side windows establishes the car’s silhouette.

The XKR Coupe unveiled at Geneva showcases two new optional performance and styling packs – Speed Pack and Black Pack – that are introduced to the XK range at 2011 Model Year. Jaguar customers have the option to personalise their vehicle to create a car that offers even greater performance without compromising the refinement and luxury for which every Jaguar is renowned.

By raising the XKR’s maximum speed the new car has extended its sporting credentials taking it even further into supercar performance territory.

Russ Varney, Chief Programme Engineer, XK Series, explains the philosophy behind the uprated XKR: “With 510PS and 625Nm of torque, the XKR has immense reserves of power and acceleration which impress everyone who experience it. The car has always had the potential to reach speeds far beyond its original electronically limited maximum and many of our customers have expressed an interest in a car that can safely be driven faster where conditions permit. The new Speed Pack allows them to release some of that potential and give them control of the fastest Jaguar XK we’ve made to date.”

The XKR Coupe featured at the Geneva Show on 4th March 2010 pairs both the optional Speed and Black Packs to create the bold new model, which also sports optional Piano Black veneers on the dashboard and red brake callipers.

The XKR Speed Pack

The XKR Coupe with new optional Speed Pack allows customers to further strengthen their XKR’s already impressive breadth of capability, by extending the car’s top speed from 155mph (250km/h) to an electronically limited 174mph (280km/h) thanks to a unique engine and transmission recalibration.

To ensure the XKR with Speed Pack remains stable at high speeds, the coupe uses a revised front aerodynamic splitter and larger rear spoiler to provide increased balance and a reduction in lift. The XKR’s computerised Active Differential Control also adjusts to reduce steering sensitivity at very high speeds, further improving stability and driver control.

Dominated by a striking white and black contrast theme that suggests precious platinum metal, Jaguar XJ75 Platinum Concept is a high-performance 470-hp 2011 Jaguar XJL Supercharged equipped with new ground-hugging front, rear and side sills.

Painted a lustrous Satin Matte Pearlescent White, exterior chrome elements have been revised to either a dark chrome or gloss black. Bespoke 22-inch wheels are black and use a brushed contrast finish. The contrast theme continues with gloss pearlescent white air vents, veneers and diamond stitch suede inserts to the seats and headliner, all set against the backdrop of a full Jet Softgrain leather interior.

The XJ75 Platinum Concept centre console houses a bespoke clock developed and designed in partnership with the Bremont Watch Company. An independent British company, Bremont creates beautifully engineered and designed mechanical watches hand assembled in Switzerland.

Performance on the XJ75 Platinum Concept is derived from its 5.0-litre Supercharged direct-injection V8 with 470 horsepower and 424 lb.-ft of torque. Entertainment is provided by a 1,200-watt Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system with 20 speakers powered through 15 channels and state-of-the-art sound processing technology.

The 2011 Jaguar B99 concept car is a compact, four-door sedan (4.5 m long, 1.35 m tall, 1.95 m wide, 2.8 m wheelbase) that fits into the D segment. In terms of technological innovation, the B99 uses a pure hybrid power system designed and developed by Bertone Energy, the newest Bertone division dedicated to renewable energy research. Bertone Energy power system includes a thermal engine for range extension and two electric motors which provide propulsion for the rear wheels.

The B99 is powered by a modular, Extended Range Hybrid system which futuristic utilizes twin 150kW (204 Cv) electric engines connected to the inboard side of the rear axle for propulsion and a lightweight 1.400 cm3 thermal engine producing 125 kW-170 Cv for range extension, giving a combined power output of 425 kW or 570 Cv.

The thermal engine charges the Lithium-ion batteries while driving allowing for a theoretical range of 700 kilometers of highway driving between fill-ups with a carbon dioxide output of around 30 g Co2/km. The B99 can also travel in full electric mode offering zero emissions for 100kms.

The Dynamic Imbalance of the B99 Concept is this contrast between “linear and leaping”, the evolutionary trend which suggests a possible Jaguar design language of the future. With the 2011 Jaguar B99 concept car, Bertone establishes a new record in its 99 year history as the only Italian designer to have created five different Jaguars.

The Growler E 2011 Concept by Vizualtech is based on the Jaguar XKR with a supercharged 5.0 Liter V8. The concept car produces 600 hp instead of the 510 hp of the XKR. The expected performance should therefore be sensibly better than on the Jaguar XKR, which is already extremely fast. 0-100 km/h should stay under 4 seconds.

The composite body of the Growler E 2011 Concept is glued on a chassis made of a central carbon fibre core, on which two tubular frames are bolted at the front and rear, supporting engine, steering, transmission and suspensions. The majority of the components and the interior gear are taken from the Jaguar XKR. Due to a lighter chassis, the weight is only 1550 kg, about 200 kg less than the Jaguar XKR.

Everyone doesn’t like the direction taken lately by Jaguar design, initiated by the Jaguar XF and confirmed by the new XJ. There are still many friends of the noble English brand who are nostalgic of the sensual shapes of the XK 120, Mark II, XJ6 and, last but not least, the fantastic Jaguar E-Type. This project was born in the mind of one of these nostalgic fans, who wanted to see the original style again, but up to date and with the latest technology.

The Growler E 2011 Concept is destined to remain unique. However, if there is some demand, a small series could be built by hand, for an unknown price.

Jaguar XKR-S exploits the XK’s strong, lightweight aluminum body architecture to maximize both handling and economy. Alongside its incredible performance, the XKR-S is the only car in its class that emits less than 300g/km CO2.

With an uprated supercharged V8 engine, the XKR-S generates 550PS and 680Nm of torque, enough power to offer a top speed of 186mph (300km/h). Its performance credentials speak for themselves: 0-60mph takes 4.2 seconds, with 0-100mph dismissed in just 8.6 seconds.

The XKR-S features overhauled suspension and a new aerodynamically-driven design, as the ultimate expression of Jaguar’s long held duality of purpose: GT luxury with incredible performance. Bespoke suspension changes to the front and rear offer ultimate precision, control and driver appeal, while a reprogrammed Adaptive Dynamics system allows the enthusiastic driver to explore the edges of the handling envelope.

Alongside the exciting new XKR-S, Jaguar will be marking the 50th anniversary of the E-Type with the first in a series of celebrations that take place during 2011. Jaguar will be hosting E-Type drives at the Parc des Eaux Vives in Geneva, where the original car was launched by the marque’s founder Sir William Lyons half a century ago.

Jaguar latest lighting technology has allowed the front headlamps of the XK Coupe and Convertible to be made slimmer and at the same time incorporate LED turn signal functions and running lights with a distinctive ‘J-Blade’ signature. Combined with a larger grille and new bumper design, this gives the XK instant recognition.

The power vent on the front fender has been altered from a vertical to horizontal design with a mesh insert. The rear decklid has been revised with a slimmer chrome trim, which allows the car to be graced by the famous Jaguar ‘leaper’. Complementing the design changes are 16 paint colors, four of which are new. A range of 10 alloy wheel designs, from 19 to 20 inches, is available.

Jaguar sports cars have a reputation for blending athletic high-performance with effortless cruising comfort. Nothing exemplifies this dual character more clearly than the 5.0-litre AJ-V8 engine in the XK. Now in its third generation, this offers not only tremendous power but also great efficiency by incorporating the very latest technology including spray-guided direct injection (SGDI) and dual independent variable cam timing (DIVCT).

Like the car itself, the engine is constructed from high-grade, lightweight aluminum. The cylinder heads are made with recycled aluminum to reduce the environmental impact of manufacture. All XK models use a six-speed ZF® automatic gearbox with steering wheel-mounted paddles to control the Jaguar Sequential Shift function.

For the XK Interior, the dual nature is apparent from the moment the driver enters the cabin. In the latest XK, the cabin has been refreshed with new trim materials including ebony soft-feel paint for the switches, gloss black finish to the center console and phosphor blue halo illumination and ambient lighting. The central seven-inch Touch-screen provides an intuitive interface for the technology that is seamlessly incorporated into the XK, including iPod® and USB connectivity and satellite navigation with DVD mapping. The central screen also projects the image from the new reverse parking camera.

E-Type specialist Eagle has showcased the E-Type Speedster Lightweight, an authentic Jaguar E-Type from the 1960s which is reworked with more muscular styling, fresh classic detailing, and contemporary supercar performance.

Planned to make public debut at the luxury supercar and Concours d’Elegance the 2011 Salon Privé on 22nd-24th June, Jaguar E-Type Speedster Lightweight by Eagle will come to the event as the world’s most exclusive hand built car.
